MY 4 FAVORITE BRAS FROM TRUE&CO
A few months ago I realized that my foobs are continuing to move farther and farther apart and into my armpits. I also noticed that because they are moving so much, I am starting to get stretch marks across my foobs. Let me tell you, this is REALLY uncomfortable.
So I decided that it is time for a revision surgery to finally fix this but in the meantime, I figured I should start wearing a bra 24/7. This is a bit of a problem for me because I am typically a braless and flawless type of person - I like the foobs to feel as free as possible, especially when I am sleeping.
A breastie told me to try out True&Co - she swears by their bras and promised I would love them too. I went online, picked out a few, and when they arrived I immediately fell in love.
To me, a good bra is one that I forget that I am wearing and that is exactly what happened with the
True Body Triangle Convertible Strap Bra. I put it on and forgot I was wearing it until I woke up the next morning. To me, that is #bragoals!

They have a really great fit quiz ! This is so helpful post mastectomy when you have no idea what size your foobs are. It helped me find the right fit and also suggested bras that would be best for my body.

I love this bra because you can wear it during all stages of recovery, while I am not a surgeon and you should always consult with your team when making medical decisions, I wish I had this bra when I was a month or two out of surgery! It is perfect for when you are healing and want something comfortable, soft but also supportive! This bra covers the scars perfectly and holds the foobs in place so nicely! You can barely tell that you are wearing it and it has the softest fabric so you can easily sleep in this bra without feeling irritated.

I think this is the best bra for post mastectomy/ surgery! It is full coverage, soo supportive, and it fits more like a crop top so you don’t have to worry about the bra irritating your incisions or scars! If you are looking for that extra support, this bra is great, and I sleep in it often! It is super stretchy and very easy to get into! Pro-tip: step into it instead of pulling it on over your head post-surgery to make it easier for yourself!!
